DC Airplay of an Original Wonderjack Song I could hardly believe my eyes. Was this spam? Had someone concocted an elaborate ruse? How could anyone be so heartless - emailing a band that they had been selected to be played on Z104s Capital Scene Radio Program. But that succinct email was in fact the real deal. We had been selected. Another milestone for Wonderjack. At about 9:30 we heard the first few drum beats of Blinded - what a thrill. I nearly ran off the road - partially because of what I was hearing, and partially because I was trying to dial the phone. Silly, I know. It isn't like I hadn't heard/played the song a zillion times before. There's just something special about hearing yer band's tune over the airwaves for the first time. Super Groovy.
